Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservation and may be modified at any time without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to read them when making a booking or contract. The conditions in force at the time of entering into the contract will be the ones that apply.
User Registration and Error Correction
To use this website and, where applicable, make bookings, it is necessary to register by creating a “User Account.” You can register at any time by completing the registration form and providing the requested information. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed successfully, along with a reminder of your login details.
From the User Account, you will be able to check billing history, change your password, carry out other procedures or administrative tasks related to your booking, verify your personal information, and, if necessary, correct any errors that may have occurred when entering your data (or update them).
By registering, the User undertakes to use this service solely for private purposes and not for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted by the website owner.
Making a Booking
The characteristics of each accommodation, category (Standard Rate Apartments and Standard Rate Villas), and their corresponding prices will be shown to you in advance before contracting the service, in the descriptive file.
When making a reservation, an electronic contract is formalized, subject to Spanish law and, specifically, the regulations imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and Law 03/2014 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be stored by a third party, and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These Terms and Conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the User making a booking, using their internet browser options, and must be accepted before proceeding with payment.
The booking process on “eslanzarote.com” is very simple:
1. Select the check-in and check-out dates for the accommodation. If no availability exists, the system will notify you with an on-screen message, and you must select alternative dates.
2. Once selected, you must complete the form with your personal information. Finally, click the “Make Reservation” button.
3. Lastly, you must make payment for the reservation. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an email detailing the reservation information, confirmation code, and pin code for any necessary management procedures, as well as a purchase receipt or invoice. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any errors in the information provided, please contact us.
Payment Methods
On “eslanzarote.com,” you can pay by credit or debit card via the bank’s secure payment gateway. With this payment method, “eslanzarote.com” never collects or handles any client data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by the bank entity, so that “eslanzarote.com” can always provide the highest level of security, transparency, and confidentiality in transactions.
Prices, Taxes, and Fees
The prices of accommodations and plans are detailed in the rates section of this website or in the corresponding service description. They are expressed in Euros.
The final price of the contracted services may vary depending on applicable taxes in each case, or based on the buyer’s address and profile (private individual or professional). Except for activities not subject to or exempt from VAT, the following taxes apply on our website:
The retail price (RRP) for services provided to customers with a billing address on the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands includes VAT.
On the other hand, the RRP for services provided to customers with a billing address in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla does NOT include VAT, as the transaction is treated as an export. The indicated price for each service is the final price.
Account Cancellation and Service Termination, Blocking, or Suspension
User accounts are not deleted for lack of use. Users may request termination by contacting “eslanzarote.com” personnel, by sending an email to [email protected], or through their account profile.
The service will remain active as long as amounts due for its use are paid on time. If the User cancels the service during a period, no refund will be issued for unused time.
In case of non-payment, the service may be temporarily suspended until the situation has been resolved by the User. If more than 15 days elapse, the service will be canceled. This does not exempt the User from paying the proportional part of the service that was enjoyed before suspension.
“eslanzarote.com” reserves the right to block access to the service (or directly delete the User Account) without prior notice if it is used illegally, its obligations and rules are violated, or if it is misused; this will be communicated by email. Blocking or deleting the User Account does not affect the obligation to pay for the acquired service if already provided.
In exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of the administrators of “eslanzarote.com,” and depending on the seriousness of the event, the administrators may choose to warn the offending user before deleting or permanently blocking their account.
By registering as a User, you agree that the owners of this website reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify or discontinue this website and its services, or delete provided data, either temporarily or permanently.
Booking Cancellation and Modification
Due to the nature of the services, the service will be considered provided upon contracting, and the right of withdrawal established in Law 3/2014 of March 27 on the Defense of Consumers and Users does not apply.
At “eslanzarote.com,” we want you to be satisfied with the services you contract with us. Therefore, we provide you with the option to cancel:
Standard Rate Apartments (category indicated on the accommodation’s description card):
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
If the cancellation occurs within the 14 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the reservation amount.
There will be NO possibility of cancellation and refund 72 hours before the selected arrival date.
Standard Rate Villas (category indicated on the accommodation’s description card):
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
If the cancellation occurs within the 30 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the reservation amount.
There will be NO possibility of cancellation and refund 72 hours before the selected arrival date.
Dispute Resolution
As required by new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform. For consumer dispute resolution (in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013), the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link:
