These Conditions regulate the use of the web platform www.eslanzarote.com, for which Alberto Martín Tabares is legally responsible, hereinafter, “eslanzarote.com”. By accepting it, the User declares that he has read, understands and understands what is stated here and that he assumes all his obligations. If the User does not agree with the content of this document, he must leave this website, not being able to access or dispose of the services it offers. Likewise, the User expressly and without exception accepts that the access and use of this website, its services and the contents of said services take place under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User.
These Conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, being the responsibility of the User to read them when making a reservation or contract. The conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract will be those that are applicable.
User Registration and Error Correction
In order to use this website and, if applicable, make contracts, registration is necessary by creating a "User Account". You can register at any time by filling out the registration questionnaire indicating the data requested. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been carried out successfully and a reminder of the access data.
From the User account you can check the billing history, change the password, carry out other procedures or procedures related to your reservation, check the personal information and, if necessary, correct the errors that may have existed in the introduction of the data (or update the same).
By registering, the User agrees to use this service only for private purposes and not for commercial purposes, except with the express consent of the person in charge of this website.

The characteristics of each accommodation, category (Standard Rate Apartments and Stardard Rate Villas) and their corresponding prices will be shown to you in advance before contracting the service, in the descriptive file.
When making a reservation, an electronic contract is formalized, concluded under Spanish regulations and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and General Law 03 /2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).
The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These Conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the User who makes a contract through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to pay for the reservation.
The reservation process at “eslanzarote.com” is very simple:
1º.- Select the date of entry and exit of the accommodation. In case of lack of availability, the system will notify this fact by means of a message on the screen, having to select other alternative dates.
2º.- Once selected, you must fill in the form with your personal data. Finally, you must press the "Make the reservation" button.
3º.- Finally, you must make the reservation payment. Once the reservation is formalized, we will send you an email detailing the details of the reservation, the confirmation code and the pin code to be able to carry out any management, as well as proof of purchase or invoice. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any errors in the data entered, please contact us.
Payment Methods
"eslanzarote.com" you can make the payment by credit or debit card is made through the secure payment gateway of the bank. Through this payment method, “eslanzarote.com” never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by the bank, so that "eslanzarote.com" can always offer the greatest security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.
Prices, taxes and fees
The prices of accommodation and plans are established in the rates section of this website, or in the file corresponding to each service. They are expressed in Euros.
The final price of the contracted services may vary according to the applicable taxes in each case, or depending on the address and profile of the buyer (individual or professional), except in those activities not subject to or exempt from VAT, the following will apply taxes on our website:
The PVP of the services provided to clients who have a billing address in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT.
For its part, the PVP of the services provided to customers who have a billing address in the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla, It does NOT include VAT, since the operation is treated as an export. The indicated price of each service is its final price.
Deregistration of accounts and service, cancellation and blocking
User accounts are not deleted for lack of use. The User can unsubscribe by requesting it from the staff of “eslanzarote.com”, by sending an email to [email protected] or through the profile of their account.
The service will remain active as long as the amounts accrued for its use are paid in a timely manner. In case of cancellation of the service over a period by the User, no type of reimbursement will be made for the time not used.
In case of non-payment of the service, it may be temporarily suspended until the non-payment situation has been resolved by the User. If more than 15 days have elapsed, the service will be cancelled, a situation that does not exempt the User from paying the proportional part of the service that they were able to enjoy before its suspension.
"eslanzarote.com" reserves the right to block without prior notice access to the service (or directly delete the User account), if it uses it in an illegal way, fails to comply with the obligations and regulations established herein, or misuses the application, a fact that will be communicated by email. The blocking or deletion of the User account will not have any effect on the obligation to pay for the purchased service if it has already been provided, if that is the case.
In exceptional cases, under the free discretion of the administrators of “eslanzarote.com”, and evaluating the seriousness of the event, the administrators may choose to warn the offending user, before permanently deleting or blocking their account.
By registering as a User, you agree that the owners of this site reserve the right, being able to act at any time and without prior notice, to modify or discontinue this website and its services, or to delete data provided, either from temporarily or permanently.
Cancellation and modification of the reservation
Due to the nature of the services, it will be considered executed upon contracting the service, so the right of withdrawal established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, on the Defense of Consumers and Users will not apply.
At "eslanzarote.com" we want satisfaction with the services contracted with us. Therefore, we provide you with the option to cancel them:

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
If the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the amount of the reservation.
There will be NO possibility of cancellation and return 24 hours before the selected date of arrival.
Villas Stardard Rate (category indicated in the description of the accommodation):
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
If the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the amount of the reservation.
There will be NO possibility of cancellation and return 24 hours before the selected date of arrival.
